Pre Event Massage
Pre – event massage can be an excellent injury preventative, this works by increasing circulation and warming the muscles up.The skin will become warm and the muscles flexible ready for action.
Post- Event Massage
After an sporting event, muscles become tired and often strained. The lactic acid can build up in the used muscles which can cause discomfort. Post event massage helps to relieve unwanted after effects. Following on from treatment the body relaxes and recovers rapidly.
